Daily Safety Meetings: Before work begins, we perform a daily safety meeting. Here is where we conduct a job safety analysis (JSA) and make sure everyone is aware of the hazards. Our safety meetings are target specific, and industry oriented so that our staff is acutely aware of all current issues facing the industry.
Weekly Safety Meetings: In addition to our daily job site meetings, we hold weekly safety meetings.
Behavior Based Safety Observations: We believe that the best way to ensure the success of any safety program is to have our staff participate in behavior based safety observation system. By utilizing this system, it allows us to identify potentially unsafe practices and near misses and focus on training in those areas.
Operator Qualifications: We have OQ qualified trained workers, welders, and superintendents. We use a third party company for the majority of our OQ training because it adds to the integrity of the program when performing off-site training.
